They did a great job overall. I was impressed with the preparation by the sales person and the manager explaining the entire process before the painters arrived. They took the time to prep and protect our carpet. The painters did a great job of painting. Highly recommend.

CertaPro Painters and myself made a team! From the first phone call to the final handshake with the onsite crew supervisor. The estimator, office staff, and crew were all very helpful. In fact, the entire exterior project was seamless and transparent.

I would say the communication and education was amazing!

Santos was very polite and clean about picking up everything. There were no paint spatter on the woodwork was on time both days and worked hard the whole time he was here

Honestly everything, the job was done promptly and painted perfectly. Dylan's customer service was the best I have experienced in any industry in many years. She is the whole reason I chose to have this done. She worked with us and her follow-up was top-notch.

I use Cipro in the past and they were phenomenal painting the outside of my house so I know they would be doing a great job for the inside. They're fast efficient and clean up after themselves.

Being on time, easy scheduling, very kind token of appreciation for holiday (wine and chocolates) . I have recommended to several and will continue to do so!
